Jasmine the host was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. she provided us with all sorts of of useful information about the Island and was quick to respond with any questions we had via WhatsApp. We will stay here again!

It is clean, spacious, comfortable. We loved there was an aircon. The ceiling fans are also pretty silent. There's hot water which is a good bonus. The owners are both lovely and accommodating (sorry for the late checkin!). Laundry is also pretty cheap! Yes, it is a bit far from the town centre (about 35-40min walking, so not crazy far, at least for us) but as someone said previously, we were also looking for that. With the tuktuks, you can reach anywhere anyway for 40MXN (2EUR). I mean, there's even a swimming pool after coming back from that 40min walk! 😜 Can only recommend and we would be coming back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Habitación Cozumel... the room itself was very comfortable with a nice patio and all the basic appliances needed in the kitchen. We found the bed comfortable and Julio was an excelent host! He helped recommend some great local places to eat and also some beautiful places to see around the island.

All parts of hotel were crisp and clean and the location made it easy to access everything in town. I would stay here again and again. Front desk staff arranged anything we had a request for, staff kept us spoiled and well prepared for each days adventure. It was quiet in our room, but remember you’re in the city so you will hear the city sounds of cozumel. Enjoy it!
