Adrian is a great host. He is very responsive and extremely helpful. He gave detailed explanation on how to find the place and the taxi driver reached the house with no issues.
We needed to get a cab at 4:00 am and it would have been impossible without Adrian’s help. His neighbor was also helpful. Checking in and out were easy. We also overpaid without and was given the money back right away as soon as Adrian and his neighbor. They were friendly and honest.
The place is clean and near to the airport. It’s well equipped and the AC works well. Cannot thank Adrian enough and definitely recommend.

A great, safe location in a nice suburb surrounded by excellent restaurants. The apartment was big and comfortable with everything we needed. The cleaner came half way through our stay. Alejandro was a great host and even allowed us to check out late.

We stayed there 3 times. When my sister .came in February and when the 3 of us got back from Puerto Escondido. They have a good breakfast that is good value. Pool is nice and both my sister and my husband and I had big beds. When we were there the third time it was Easter and they had a smorgasbord breakfast. We tried it once and it was very good but I am not a big or early breakfast eater so it was too much for me.

My husband stayed here on New Year's Eve. The front desk man called a few times, speaking very good English, to help him find the hotel. The front desk man was very kind and helpful. The room was small and clean and the hotel was located in a safe area. The price was very reasonable and he got good value.
As a disclaimer, I didn't see the hotel, only heard about it through my husband and spoke with the front desk person.

It's very nice place right close to the main square of the town, and 10 minutes by walk from ADO bus station. There are nice restaurants and cafes nearby and also not far away from the port and main beach, although it's better to take cab for the nicest beaches.

We loved Huatulco.
We loved Huatulco. We did some hikes to pristine beaches with aquamarine water and abundant coral, and loved looking at colorful fish, butterflies, birds (we saw so many parrots!!) and enormous mango and tamarind trees, fields of papaya growing, seeing pineapples growing. We mostly hiked-walked, sat in the water looking at fish - with or without snorkels - and enjoyed meeting people who were so kind, welcoming and generous.

It is a place that we had never visited before.
It is a place that we had never visited before. We like the closeness to shopping and restraunts as 2 of us had mobility issues. People were very friendly. Taxi service available close by. Entertainment in the park 2 blocks away. Very clean city.

The property is located in a very isolated area, approximately 2 miles off-road (you will definitely need a car to get there). There is a beautiful beach 300 yards down from the property; however, it is not swimmable.
The bedrooms lack air-conditioning and glass windows. They are made of wood with meshed grids, allowing you to hear everything at night: waves that sound like thunder, roosters, and barking dogs.
The view is spectacular, and the pool is very nice. However, the house clearly needs refurbishment—particularly the kitchen, utensils, chairs, pillows, and perhaps a simple small speaker for music.
This is a romantic destination for a couple seeking adventure and relaxation—except for the fact that we encountered two tarantulas (one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen), which could be unsettling for some guests.

Make sure you find out which beaches are swimable before you go, and if you go snorkling go with a guide. The currents can be strong - and some dangerous- so a guide will help avoid that and provide support. Public bathrooms have no toilet seats, sometimes there is no toilet paper, and sometimes the only way to flush is with water. The people are friendly and helpful and wonderful. Most do not speak English but you’ll make friends everywhere you go. The seafood is outrageously good. Eat as much seafood as you can. I didn’t go into town so I can’t speak to that. I loved it.

It is very very hot in May, I'm sure its more comfortable in December. The Zocalo area has many restaraunts and shops around it that are quite nice. The people are all very friendly and no pushy salespeople.
