Airport and immigration difficulties made us have to cancel our original booking, but the staff helped us accommodate in another room. They also guaranteed me there would be no cancelation fee, and gave us another room for the night at a discount. This really saved the night for my family and I.

Grand setting, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. They told us early check in was subject to availability but we managed to get a room anyway - clear communication to manage our expectations and tell us what is possible. Breakfast is superb, in spread and quality. Starts early at 6am so it's good for a hearty meal before getting on an early flight. Really a breeze.

I accidentally booked the wrong one in different terminal so I asked the staff there if she can swap the booking for me but she said she can’t. (There were plenty rooms that time. I try to ring the property or message and none of them go through. I decided purchase for the right one and try to cancel the wrong one but I wasn’t sure if the hotel will allow it. Surprisingly they agree it and I appreciate that. Maybe they see my details pop up on another branch. Anyway, thank you so much Capsule lounge.

Was a bit hesitant but it's actually incredibly calm, restful and extremely comfortable. Will stay here again in a heartbeat on my way through KL. Also located about 10 minutes from the airport with a really well priced transport option offered by really friendly Bangau staff, and it's surrounded by great food. Highly recommend!
