A lot of unique touches make one's stay very comfortable - like providing laundry detergent and fabric softener, which most places don't provide, even though they offer a washing machine. It really is impractical for a traveler to be expected to have to go out and purchase laundry detergent for one or at most two loads of laundry, because it is often sold in 2kg or bigger packs....So what does one do with the leftovers?? So this was a pleasant thing to have included / available for my stay.
