The apartments are located about 7Km from CBD in a nice and quite environment with lots of fresh air. The staff were also very friendly and helpful e.g we got stuck on finding the location because we didn't have internet and they followed us all the way to come and get us as opposed to walking us through the directions 😃. Exceptional customer service.

Located on the banks of the Zambezi River, Protea Hotels Zambezi River offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a tour desk, and car rental. The location is right by the river and the grounds are excellent. The room has all the facilities you would expect including a television which was a bonus. The wi-fi was also good and available in the room not just in the restaurant and reception. The man on reception was very helpful and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. This really helped us and was much appreciated.

Our compliments to the chef who cooked us a very delicious 3-course menu that evening! The rooms are very clean, the staff does a great job here too. Internet is fast and stable. Air conditioning in the room and clean an well maintained.

Boasting accommodation with a pool with a view, river view and a terrace, Zambezi Mubala Camp is set in Katima Mulilo. Nice experience staying on the tents. This was our first experience like that. I would recommend visiting them and we would visit again if we go.
