The apartments are located about 7Km from CBD in a nice and quite environment with lots of fresh air. The staff were also very friendly and helpful e.g we got stuck on finding the location because we didn't have internet and they followed us all the way to come and get us as opposed to walking us through the directions 😃. Exceptional customer service.

Situado a orillas del río Zambeze, el Protea Hotels Zambezi River ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y TV de pantalla plana. The location is right by the river and the grounds are excellent. The room has all the facilities you would expect including a television which was a bonus. The wi-fi was also good and available in the room not just in the restaurant and reception. The man on reception was very helpful and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. This really helped us and was much appreciated.
