The location is excellent. The apartments are located about 7Km from CBD in a nice and quite environment with lots of fresh air. The staff were also very friendly and helpful e.g we got stuck on finding the location because we didn't have internet and they followed us all the way to come and get us as opposed to walking us through the directions 😃. Exceptional customer service.

The welcome by the owners was warm and professional! The staff is very very friendly, competent and helpful. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The food in the restaurant is very very good! Our compliments to the chef who cooked us a very delicious 3-course menu that evening! The rooms are very clean, the staff does a great job here too. Internet is fast and stable. Air conditioning in the room and clean an well maintained.

Viewing platform looking over the Zambezi gives a lovely view of the river with Namibia 500m away on the distance. Breakfast was good and the chef produced some excellent evening meals. Many thanks to the staff who went the extra mile to sort out a shared taxi for my journey on to Kasane.
