Beautiful lodge, rooms are lovely, fresh (even in the desert heat, and decorated with great taste. The lounge areas are beautiful too. Afternoon sundowners from the pool with a view to some dunes were a highlight of the trip. Fantastic location, inside the first gate to sossusvlei. Easy to arrive at the park early in the morning and avoid the crowds. Friendly and helpful staff, always eager to help. Food was very good, especially the braai night. Can’t wait to come back.

Nicely built campsites with private bathrooms and showers. Conveniently located outside the Sesriem gate to Sossusvlei. The affiliated gas station has all the last minute supplies you may need.

El Desert Quiver Camp está rodeado de afloramientos de granito y fauna salvaje y ofrece unas vistas impresionantes y alojamientos modernos e independientes a solo 5 km de la puerta de entrada de... Very big, clean rooms. Rooms are at a good distance from each other which feels very private. We ordered the braai package (a lot of choice and you can choose what you want) and enjoyed making our own BBQ. Swimming pool is also really nice. Location is very close to the gate.

Wow, what a place they have created in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful cottages with a groovy outdoor kitchen and bbq (that’s braii for some!). Very comfortable rooms, great hot showers, pretty good wifi in bar area only and a swimming pool too ( brrrr in june!) staff are so friendly and can provide and deliver food to your cottage. They also supply a kitchen box with all untensils, frypan, saucepan, plates etc. Electric cooktop in outside kitchen plus kettle and fridge. You just sit on your porch and admire the stunning views whilst cooking, amazing!

Very nice room. Great experience. Excellent staff especially Allen in the restaurant and Abdul in the bar. Friendly and helpful. Not cheap but highly recommended.

Desert Homestead Lodge está a 40 km de Sesriem Canyon y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, piscina al aire libre, jardín y terraza. El lodge ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. Nuestra estancia en la cabaña fue muy cómoda. En ocasiones en las que hacía viento entraba arena dentro de la estancia, cosa inevitable encontrándonos en el desierto. Contaban con mosquiteras para poder proteger la cama. Disfrutamos de unas cenas deliciosas, con unos postres muy originales. También contratamos la excursión a Sossusvlei, y fue espectacular! Desde el guía turístico hasta el picnic que nos prepararon para comer ante tan impresionantes vistas! Totalmente recomendable!
