Offering self-contained accommodation surrounded by lovely gardens, Poinciana Cottages are 7 minutes’ walk from Burnt Pine’s shops and restaurants. The location was perfect, the accommodation very comfortable and just the right size for two people. Opposite the airport, it was reached in under a minute. Being close to the airport wasn't a problem, since there are only 2-4 takeoffs/landings per day (and none on Mondays). Everything was provided for a comfortable stay.

I suppose having Rocky waiting for us to check in; very unusual and very most appreciated. Your accommodation and staff are very polite, pleasant and welcoming. They made our visit relaxing and were there to guide/support us without annoying us. (Hard to achieve both but you did it). The villa we stayed in was well appointed and very clean. The views from the verandah were amazing. At first the Wi-Fi only at the rotunda was disconcerting but we soon realised the pleasure in not checking e-mails and other crap every half hour or so. Overall a 12 out of ten.

Everything you needed was there: kitchen supplies, good Internet, laundry, comfortable bed, good hot water. At night it’s absolutely dead quiet! Included with the accommodation was a free half-day tour of the island, which was really well done! You’re in walking distance to a decent grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. Since I only had a small rucksack, I could easily walk to/from the airport. Glad I came and next time I’ll certainly book a longer stay!
