The apartment was spacious, clean and we love the large bathroom with toiletries provided. Kitchen was more than adequately equipped with paper towels, lots of dishes and eating utensils. There were also lots of towels.

This hotel is 150 metres from Dr. Wessels gate pedestrian street and 2 km from the Hurtigruten Cruise Ship Terminal. It offers free WiFi and a relaxation department. Hotel bem localizado no centro. O quarto em que fiquei era confortável. Tinha um pequeno frigorífico, cafeteira elétrica, chá e café. Foi possível fazer o check-in um pouco mais cedo. Funcionários simpáticos. O pequeno-almoço era bom e variado. Há uma pequena piscina que não experimentei. Existe um supermercado mesmo em frente ao hotal. Preço por noite um pouco caro, mas é Noruega. Na altura em que reservei já não havia muita escolha... O shuttle (Barents Bus) do aeroporto tem uma paragem mesmo em frente. Faz o percurso aeroporto - hospital - Scandic - Thon - Cais e custou 150 NOK. Os horários do shuttle estão alinhados com as chegadas dos voos durante a manhã. O motorista pergunta a todos os passageiros o destino final para poder gerir o percurso. Naquele horário esteve um pouco mais à espera de passageiros e como algumas pessoas iam diretamente para o cais, o motorista avisou-nos que ia primeiro ao cais e depois aos hotéis. No dia seguinte fui para o cais. O funcionário do hotel disse-me que o shuttle passava às 11h, mas estava atenta antes dessa hora. Era a única passageira a partir do Scandic, uma vez que os outros clientes tinham apanhado táxis, e assim o shuttle partiu antes das 11h.

The lady working at the reception was really nice and helpful when I told her that a friend of mine needed to see a doctor here since she fell down to the floor and hurt her wrist in the last stop of the cruise. She helped call the emergency and making appointment with doctor and made the reservation of taxi for us to the hospital. Thanks for her kind help! Also we were granted for early check in. The room was nice and clean. Buffet in the morning was good. The ocean view was nice. And it was close to the Shanghai Restaurant with walking distance.
