The front office reception staff member by name Cherry (Indonesian Girl) was incredibly helpful, caring and personally invested in her job. I had a bad night sleep in the room 2316 (not because of room but because of my long journey) and I had a late night flight back again so I needed some rest. Cherry not only understood my situation but was very helpful to my request and granted me a few hours late checkout so that I could rest and recuperate. Apart from this she was extremely polite and very pleasant to deal with. Next the lady at the breakfast was again very helpful and caring to my request as my wife had to leave at 6am. Cheers to both the staff members as both were Amazing, helpful and customer oriented

This is my 2nd stay with them - 10/10 for location, comfort, staff and food - breakfast was lovely. I have a bit of claustrophobia and the window is very small in room but since this is an aiport hotel, people are usually staying over night - the bus goes to and fro airport every 30 mins or so - which is also super helpful.

Breakfast was gorgeous!!! Hotel loby was nice, plenty of space. Various food options. Airport shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel and works perfectly. Small play area for kids.
