It’s a great choice for a stay if you’ve got an early flight. Also didn’t even notice noises from any flights. There’s a restaurant downstairs, however outside there is a row of other restaurants and places to eat if preferred. Staff were friendly and helpful, overall no problems at all and can highly recommend.

Value for money ,service oriented , the Bhutanese delicacy was amazing , very traditional and authentic touch. Front office team was amazing and always helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful, spacious and all amenities placed tightly. The location is perfect close to Boudha stupa just walking distance and very peaceful and serene. Security staff very welcoming and professional. Very eager to come back to this property , I would highly recommend this hotel .

Mostly stayed in Thamel tourist area and ate at many local spots: House of MoMo, Third Eye, Yok Bar were all great! But careful as some of the menu descriptions can be a little misleading. Ex: I received a 'chicken skewer' meal that was NOTHING like described. It was even missing the skewers. But the staff was extremely helpful and eager to please. The traffic/driving is crazy! Mopeds/motorbikes are high percentage of use, with automobiles being less visible in the high tourist areas. It is REALLY dusty everywhere. Wear a mask or buff if you have allergy/breathing issues. Always carry your own TP if you're not used to using squatty potty's and bidets!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the 1 BHK Premium Apartment! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the sleek, modern design and immaculate cleanliness of the space. The apartment was not only stylish but also incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.What really stood out was the attention to detail. High-quality furniture, smart home features, and the little touches like fresh linens and premium toiletries made my stay feel like a true getaway. The apartment was also equipped with high-speed WiFi, making it easy to stay connected if needed. The location was fantastic—central to everything I wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my trip. I highly recommend this 1 BHK Premium Apartment for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be coming back!

From the room to the dining room ( breakfast) everything was exceptional. The pool, Zinq bar, IRD paneer tikka was phenomenal and the breakfast spread was cherry on the cake with lots of choices which makes everyone happy. Thanks to Chef Bhol, Namita, Muskan, PM Shift Security personnel in entrance of hotel and the entire hotel staff. My school Friends and I enjoyed the stay to the Fullest. A huge safe storage under your bed to keep your stuff while roaming around the city. The staff are amazing, nice and very helpful. Food in the two resturants of the hostel is great and you experience the best view ever on the rooftop. I am so happy with my choice and I will always go back to Flock if I get back to KTM.

The owner is on top of everything and available to help with anything. An incredibly warm host, that has made all efforts to tastefully design his hotel in the heart of KTM. Staff were great. Would highly recommend a nice balcony room.
