He is a very skilled guide with excellent English, who doesn't only have a lot of knowledge of the animals and plants, but also cares about safety and the wellbeing of the animals we observed. We were very lucky to even see two tigers on different days with him. I really appreciated his knowledge of birds too. Very happy to have had you as our guide Papu!

Hukum and his family were all welcoming. The food was delicious and they was plenty of it! Hukum has lived in the area his whole life so is very knowledgeable about the park. We did a walking safari and stayed in a treehouse, both of which I would highly recommend. No tiger but we saw elephants and rhinos which were amazing!

Set in Bhurkīā, Nanu's Bardiya Homestay offers accommodation with a patio. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. i spent a good stay in that nice family. nanu and his wife kali take care of you very well. she cooks a delicious dahl. And nanu explains you how the safari goes to happen. he will be your guide during the safari. i did safari walking and jeep. i saw tigers/rhinoceros/elephants/snakes/monkeys...). good price!! there are 2 or 3 rooms. usually not a lot of people. big room with mosquito net, fan ceiling and your own bathroom. it was clean. nothing to say. i paid 210€ in all : for 4 safaris walking and 1 safari jeep, meals, free water bottles, room. 8.5 days!! safari begins at 7am and finishes like 6pm. bardia park is good if you want to avoid the tourists like in chitwan. so lets go to nanu homestay if u want a very good experience in a local family instead a ressort expensive and without contact with the owner.
