It was a real privilege to be able to spend two nights at this fantastic location. Our hut was very comfortable and the nearby shared kitchen and bathroom hut was well equipped. Our host Alana was very welcoming and provided lots of useful information. We spent a lovely day at the station doing the nearby suggested walks and were lucky enough to watch the early morning clouds lift and get a view later on of Mount Cook. The clear skies on our second night afforded us a great view of the Milky Way. By the way, the gravel road up to the station is by no means difficult to negotiate and the end result is most definitely worth it.

A truly exceptional place. Shearers quarters from 1900 given modern update but without losing any of the character. Crisp linen on really comfortable beds in absolute quiet. The drive there along a gravel road give the best views of Mt Cook that you will see. Kitchen modern and stocked like home Lovely meeting Alana and hearing about life on the farm and bringing up a family.. Wonderful.. Not to be missed.

At Haka House Aoraki - Mt Cook, adventure and comfort merge in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Clean and calm, perfect location. Very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler

O Aoraki Court Motel é alojamento moderno, localizado no Parque Nacional de Aoraki Mount Cook. Todas as suas acomodações oferecem excelentes vistas para as montanhas circundantes e para o Monte... Uma das opções em Mt Cook. Fica próximo à trilha do tasman glacier, e isso é ótimo. Porém, achei o preço bem elevado em relacao a todas as outras estadias na ilha sul. Creio que se reservar com antecedência deve ser melhor. Quanto ao quarto, confortável, silencioso e com cozinha completa, ja que nao ha comida e restaurantes na regiao

Situated in Mount Cook National Park and offering beautiful mountain views, Aoraki Mount Cook Alpine Lodge is a 5-minute walk from Sir Edmund Hillary Alpine Centre. Wonderful staff! Many thanks to the lovely woman we exchanged with who has been so kind with helping us with our trip. Very lovely shared space and kitchen. Location is great and so close to the other hotel (5 minutes walk) that if you do not want to cook yourself, you can enjoy next door restaurant facilities.

This was by far our favourite stay I've ever had, world wide! The property is architecturally amazing and furnished and finished to exquisite standards. It is so clean and has absolutely everything you could need. Our hosts guided us to the stunning and perfectly remote location of the property and we're very kind. The skylight is an obvious bonus and the hot tub was stunning, I believe natural cleaners are used as there was a lovely essential oil smell rather than harsh chemicals. The bed was so comfy, the shower had great pressure and temperature. So much privacy, gorgeous sunset from the balcony, I've never felt so comfortable and so lucky to be able to stay somewhere, only wish we'd booked more than one night as we didn't want to leave!

Bunker House encontra-se em Lake Tekapo e providencia um terraço. Situado a 47 km de Mt. Dobson, o alojamento apresenta um jardim e estacionamento privado gratuito. Everything!!! Best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The hot tub with snow surrounding mountains was a highlight, but the design and level of finishes was like nothing else we have stay in around the world. They have thought of everything and definitely couldn’t recommend this to anyone enough. We will be back.
