She went out of her way and was very welcoming and accommodating. Exceeded my expectations. Place is very accessible to central and has some good restaurants around. Rooms very spacious and had what we needed. Parking on site. Hassle free check in. Staff & service is great.

Such a homey vibe and lovely opportunity to sit around in the very comfortable dining/sitting room and meet other travellers. So many nice touches like giving a facecloth with the towel - and a dishwasher in the kitchen!
