Despite having been through a cyclone a few days before, the only noticeable effect was the pool. Kim and staff had done a great job cleaning up so you wouldn't even have known it had passed through. AAA +++ we needed a late check-in after hours. kaitaia motor lodge accommodated us for keys to our rooms, which meant that we didn't have to stress about our booking. I would highly recommend kaitaia motor lodge for future stays. You definitely won't be disappointed. Rooms are amazing, definitely for big families, and rooms were amazing 👏 🙌 😍

Set on half an acre of lovely tropical gardens, and situated on the Awanui River, Waters Edge B&B Kaitaia features free Wi-Fi. All accommodation offers a patio and flat-screen TV. Quiet and comfortable with a hearty breakfast in the morning. The host was welcoming and informative. Would recommend staying here.

The reception lady was awesome we have stayed here 4x each time was awesome the last trip in june i had left my pair of runners behind i thought i had lost them last weekend past in sept we turned up she had my shoes ready for me unbelievable 5star
