This ticked all of our boxes, from a warm and friendly welcome on arrival through to the standards the unit was presented at, well equipped, clean and comfortable and a nice, peaceful location that enabled us to really relax and enjoy our break away. AJ welcomed us and gave us a run through of the unit and how things worked and then lit the fire later and also put out the coverings for the day bed on day 2. He was on hand if we needed anything while there and said that whatever we needed just text and ask - nothing was too much trouble. He said the aim was to provide a home from home and this really did fit the bill.

Loved that there was always a dog or guests roaming around, but it was still extremely quiet and laid back. Klaus, the proprietor, is a fantastic host who loves to chat while he goes about his day. 10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back!!
