IntercityHotel, Salalah is located in the heart of the city in Central Business District and offers well furnished accommodation in Salalah. Perfect location I had the pleasure of meeting Sumaia, the receptionist at the hotel, and I must say she truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and such warmth that immediately made me feel at home. She is extremely professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. No matter how busy the reception was, she handled everything with calmness and efficiency, always making sure that guests were comfortable and satisfied. What impressed me most was her patience and kindness—she answered all my questions, gave me helpful tips about the city, and went out of her way to assist with every request. It’s rare to find someone who combines hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care the way Sumaia does. She is without doubt an asset to the hotel, and I believe many guests will remember their stay because of her outstanding service. Thank you, Sumaia, for making my experience so smooth and pleasant—I truly appreciate your efforts. 🌟

It is a new and clean building with ample parking space. The building is located in a very calm & central area. The location is apt for travelers. The rooms are also clean and big. 2 bed rooms can easily accommodate 6 people. The room has a nice cozy kitchen with all the required utensils. It also had a washing machine and an Iron. All this at a reasonable price, at least we paid less (4.28 Rials) for 2 nights). The hotel management were very kind and polite, they even let us check-in early. We were 4 men, but I can any day suggest this place for a family. 5 stars to the management and the team.

Was clean and spacious and it was a good location close to Al Huda Mosque and close to many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and very polite and the prices were very affordable especially during khareef- mosoon season which is a very busy time and is peak season there. I highly recommend and especially for families.
