Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport is the only hotel directly connected to the Kraków-Balice Airport terminal. Grate location. We had an early morning flight. The hotel is literally in the airport. We did not need to go outside to get to the airport because there was an indoor passkey. We arrived around 5 p.m. and wanted to see Krakow. The train station is just 2 minutes away from the hotel. Trains run every 30 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Room was nice, very clean. Free water, TV - all one may need traveling. There was only one duvet cover but the reception provided one more when we asked. Very nice experience.

The staff are so lovely, honestly so nice and welcoming. They are all so lovely. Breakfast was OK. Paid for tea on Saturday and it was delishous and the service was amazing.

This is my favorite place to stay when I'm traveling from Krakow. Eleonor is perfect for small groups of people - I was traveling with my husband and parents and we all loved the place. This is my second time here and it is even better now. There are 3 small houses in a very beautiful and big yard - it has playground for kids, pool, each house has a beautiful terrace. Also house itself is very comfy. It has 5 separate comfy beds (2 in a bedroom at the first floor and 3 at the second). There is everything you need for short time stay at the kitchen too. If you travel by car, there is free parking and pets are allowed. So I can't recommended more - definitely will stay again

The apartment looks brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The location was convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back in the future.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment, which made me feel at home. The room was exceptionally clean, and I especially loved the fresh scent of cleaning products — it gave a feeling of real care and comfort. A big plus for the mini kitchen, which made my stay even more convenient. Even though I checked out very early in the morning, the process was smooth and convenient. I truly appreciated the personal touches and the warm attitude of the owners. I will gladly recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues.
