Stayed 2 nights in April. The owner exchanged information promptly and answer all questions doubts. The villa was in great condition overall, from bedrooms to living bathroom... Spacious. Was able to do barbecues at the back as the sun set down. All family loved it from the little 5y old to grandmother. The only slight downside is it is not close to the beach, but if you have a car it's a 3-5minute drive to the center/sea side. Overall: Amazing for families with a car 10/10

The vacation apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately, there were no charging cables available, and we didn't have our suitcases with us. So my cell phone battery ran out. This made it difficult to contact the landlord (via WhatsApp). Fortunately, I forwarded my partner's contact details in time, so we were able to continue communicating with the landlord. The vacation apartment is located in the middle of the island. We took a taxi from the airport and walked to the harbor the next day, which was quite a long way. There were two of us, but there is room for 2 adults and 2 children (there is a double bed and two single beds in a shared room). The bathroom is very spacious. There is also a large terrace, a large dining/living room, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The host was super responsive so instructions were clear to check in etc. The space was very clean and everything looked new. Very pleased with the location (10min walk from the centre) easy to find on maps, Google maps etc. Loved our stay, great space for a family (we were 4) or a couple. To top it all off we also was greeted with a delicious treat! Madeira wine & traditional honey cake.

The property was spacious and well equipped, I especially liked the stone countertop in the kitchen! It had all necessary tools and equipment and the neighbourhood was reasonably quiet. The price was among the lowest on Porto Santo, but still quite high. Overall great deal !

Nice and cosy apartement at 1st level of one hill villa with one huge terasse with breathtaking ocean vieuw A true cocoon feeling watching the ocean from the sofa through the terasse and the vulcano peak through the kitchen window! Not the latest, a really friendly welcome from the owner which gave us good recommandations for restaurants and some tips and tricks for visiting the island. Practical kitchen and and a very nice dinning area.

Amazing apartment, huge balcony, spacious living room area to hang out, netflix and chill. You get all the possiblities, sun bathing, grilling, have nice dinners together. Lovely place to share with friends. It was really clean more beautiful than on the pictures. We booked last minute, like one hour before arriving and everything was prepared and cleaned. We could leave our bags after check out as our flight was cancelled in the morning, we were grateful for this.

We liked the location of the house, few minutes to central square and beach. Very well equiped kitchen. The owner was helpful and responsive. He even gave us a ride to port the last day when we were not able to get taxi.
