Airai Water Paradise Hotel & Spa features a man-made white sand beach. Guests enjoy free WiFi at the lobby and restaurant. Chinese language newspapers and magazines are available. This place is fantastic and definitely exceeded my expectations! You get free pick up and drop off to the airport. The room and bathroom were super clean, the bed is comfy, the AC works great and you have good WiFi throughout the hotel. The grounds were very well kept as well as the pools, all clean and beautifully liked with palm trees. The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. The view from the restaurant is very nice and you see the ocean in the background. The food was very good and all freshly made on the spot. Sure, the building is a bit old and the furniture in the rooms may be a bit outdated but the stay is wonderful and with great views, food and staff, which more than make up for it.

The family knows how to take care of the guests! So very welcoming and helpful when we needed assistance. Loved that service from&to the airport for free (although we had a rental car in any case..) They also gave us coconuts and fruits from their garden. Nice pool for all to share. Also with restrooms. Free parking. Lovely kids and dogs and staff. We could leave our luggage with them in their house after check out. AC in the bedrooms was perfect to give good sleep. Felt safe. They came with a table and 2 extra chairs for us for outside use. (There was a sofa but we were 4 ppl)

Godiva and Jerome are excellent hosts. They accommodated our every need and went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and requests. Their hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Our room was comfortable for our family of four. Also, the pool was always a welcome relief after our daily excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ngermid Oasis and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our overall experience really exceeded our expectations, this place is beautiful; & it really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Godiva & her husband were super friendly and welcoming & we could not be more grateful for them. We were satisfied with everything the place and the hosts provided; HIGHLY recommend this stay for any type of visit, business or vacation. Family friendly and suitable for any guest type. Singles, couples, and families. It is on the outskirts of Koror state but you could get anywhere in town under 20 minutes.

Clean, comfortable. So much space to stay comfortably in a large group! Staff was so accommodating and nice during our stay. Our large group stayed in three houses. Each room was spacious and had its own bathroom. There was also a living room and kitchen in each with basic necessities for cooking. There was also breakfast included with a view!
