Airai Water Paradise Hotel & Spa features a man-made white sand beach. Guests enjoy free WiFi at the lobby and restaurant. Chinese language newspapers and magazines are available. I love the wooden architecture—it reminds me of home. The lighting and furniture are a bit outdated, but that’s what makes this place nostalgic. I especially love the lighting; it can be dimmed to create a cozy, ambient feel. The staff were very accommodating and flexible. Since we were leaving the following morning, they let us use our breakfast passes for dinner instead, at $10 per pass. This hotel was definitely a retreat—I’d recommend coming back next time.

The family knows how to take care of the guests! So very welcoming and helpful when we needed assistance. Loved that service from&to the airport for free (although we had a rental car in any case..) They also gave us coconuts and fruits from their garden. Nice pool for all to share. Also with restrooms. Free parking. Lovely kids and dogs and staff. We could leave our luggage with them in their house after check out. AC in the bedrooms was perfect to give good sleep. Felt safe. They came with a table and 2 extra chairs for us for outside use. (There was a sofa but we were 4 ppl)

Godiva and Jerome are excellent hosts. They accommodated our every need and went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and requests. Their hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Our room was comfortable for our family of four. Also, the pool was always a welcome relief after our daily excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ngermid Oasis and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our overall experience really exceeded our expectations, this place is beautiful; & it really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Godiva & her husband were super friendly and welcoming & we could not be more grateful for them. We were satisfied with everything the place and the hosts provided; HIGHLY recommend this stay for any type of visit, business or vacation. Family friendly and suitable for any guest type. Singles, couples, and families. It is on the outskirts of Koror state but you could get anywhere in town under 20 minutes.
