The apartment is completely new in a new building and equipped with everything you need. There is absolutely nothing you will miss. The appliances and top notch. You have plenty of parking space right outside the building. The hofst was more than helpful and sent a bunch of information prior to our arrival. The apartment has a smart lock and the self check-in is super easy. We were traveling from far away and we had clothes to wash...the apartment had a washer/dryer which made everything so easy. We are traveling through Nis very often and this is by far the best apartment we stayed in. The apartment was squeaky clean. This is the one we will definitely come back to.

Brand new and very stylishly and thoughtfully decorated. Super clean and comfortable. We felt we could live there as is. Appreciated the warm welcome and the homemade Raki offering from our host. We will definitely be back.
