The most beautiful and cozy place we have been on our trip and it is hosted by two lovely people. The breakfast was well prepared and absolutely delicious. The bed super comfy and the apartment clean. The beach is only a 10min walk away and wasn't crowded at all (mid of september)

We had a wonderful stay at The Pearl, great and quiet location close to the beach. The outdoor seating area was very comfortable, perfect for enjoying the sun. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We would love to come back again.

nice cozy family room with one big double bed and a couch which Could turn into a bunk bed for two. The outdoor space was excellent for breakfast in the sun. staff was very friendly.

We were on a 2 week Vandrarhem trip and had our own sheets otherwise you have to pay. The guest kitchen was perfect.
I kept bumping my head into all the low hanging chandeliers. They add a lot to the ambiance but be careful getting up in the middle of the night.

You don’t visit Ängelholm for a rainy windy Christmas there. You do it because you have friends or family. Summer is another business. I like the sandy beach Skälderviken very much. Bug it was another trip.

It might be useful to point out mor clearly that the rooms are not in the building that houses the restaurant but in a separate building that lies more shielded for the noise of the highway. Of course, you should not open the window, but we didn´t hear the noise from the traffic with a closed window. The room had mechanical ventilasjon which was OK in September but maybe not in summer...

The surrounding was clean. The view from the hotel was astoundingly gorgeous. The breakfast was out of the world, and lots of varieties. The next time I would like to stay longer. Unfortunately, this trip was too short.
I incorrectly submitted a previous review that did not represent my actual observation of Vejbystrand. This was due to the language bearer when booking the reservation. I'll without any reservation recommend Vejbystrand to anyone.

A quiet town with good shops and lots of restaurants and coffee shops.
The station is walkable into town and a very good public transport to get around.
The beach is walkable but allow 20mins through the woods.
There are buses to the beach and harbour.
During summer there is a water taxi to the beach.
The river runs through the town and canoes can be hired.
For knitters there is a wool shop and a hand dyer who opens on Wednesdays.
Try Forsov a village nearby you can reach by bus.Go to Ellis for lunch 140sk for a fixed self service lunch, excellent food.
Vebystrand is the next beach along the coast it has a fresh water outdoor swimming pool near the beach.
If you like pottery try Hoganas.

I have family in Båstad so I have been there many times.
I have family in Båstad so I have been there many times. It is lovely to go here every now and then - not only for them but also for the beautiful surroundings. Bring a car and explore a larger part of the west coast here - you'll find little gems all the way down to Helsingborg. The seaside is beautiful and you'll find plenty of wining and dining. Even the night-life is good if you are into that. Båstad is also sort of a tennis mecka in Sweden, crowned with the Båstad Open tennis tournament every year.

A perfect spot to pause and relax.
A perfect spot to pause and relax. We spent 3 days in town over Midsommar and it was gorgeous. The beaches are great, we enjoyed the hiking trails around town and there were a few good grocery stores to stock up for cooking in the accommodation. The town has a relaxing vibe and we would definitely consider coming back! Easy to reach on a train from Copenhagen or Göteborg airport.
