Everything, The host Maria was there to greet me. Excellent house with great facilities everything was where it needed to be, you didn't have to think twice about it.

Set on the grounds of Söråkers Herrgård mansion, this hotel offers brightly decorated rooms with a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee facilities and free WiFi access. Sundsvall Airport is 6 km away. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but I was able to see a bit of the breakfast area. It looked like a luxurious breakfast. The rooms is also clean.

The Villa Lyckan was a very nice, cozy, quiet, comfortable, exciting and interesting experience for me. I loved walking through and looking into the beautiful outfitted, designed and equipped rooms that led a lot of questions and interest about the history of this house rise in my head. Including a very cozy livingroom where you could watch TV or play videogames, board games or billard in another very special room. So for sure with friends or family your stay there would never had become any sort of boring. The kitchen was very big and there was also everything you needed. There were several bathrooms and shower rooms that you could use. It also didn't feel any unpleasant to take off my shoes while staying in the house. A part of the sea is very near by and there i could watch the moon rising and there was a clear sky full of stars. Everything went fine also with the self check-in and the codes. I think this is a really great place and house to stay with a few friends for a few nights and having a very special time there inside and outside. And.i hope every following guest will keep it as good as it is now. Thank you very much for everything and I hope to come back some day.

We booked double room with the bathroom and kitchen, and it exceeded my expectations. Really clean ! So spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. This is great value for money. 👏👏
