I was very relieved to find this hotel, knowing that I had to stay overnight at Singapore Airport. It all worked out great with the timing of my flight the next morning. Aerotel Singapore is located in Changi Airport, AIRSIDE, Terminal 1, Departure Transit area and access is via escalator near departure Gate D40. This was a perfect stay. We want to keep our kids comfortably till the next flight comes. The rooms were comfy and quiet. Suitable for short stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be comfortable during a transit.

Atmosphere and environment was excellent! It was quiet, peaceful and didnt feel like being in Singapore still. The pool was great and family friendly as well. The cherry on the cake was the staff service especially Chester who was friendly and helpful!

Located away from the city, Changi Cove is a hotel which comes equipped with a conference centre. We arrived after a long flight and were welcomed by a lovely young man. He was attentive to our requirements. Showed us how to walk down to the boardwalk, and where we could get the complimentary shuttle back to the hotel after our meal. He suggested we take umbrellas as it is the rainy season in Singapore. When we said we had to leave early next morning for a flight he attentively arranged our taxi and early morning call and said that as we would miss breakfast he would have sandwiches and a drink ready to take with us. It is the small things that make the difference so well done.
