Ambassador Transit Hotel – Terminal 2 (AIRSIDE), Singapore is located in Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Level 3, Departure/Transit Lounge South. I was very relieved to find this hotel, knowing that I had to stay overnight at Singapore Airport. It all worked out great with the timing of my flight the next morning. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was included, too. Thank you!

Love the checking in process. I got there around 9 p.m., and they quickly got me checked in and settled in my room in under 15 minutes. The bed was nice, and the room was cold once I set the temperature. Linens were higher quality as they kept us warm. The shower had a lot of pressure, especially the rain shower, which is rare. Breakfast was assorted, and food was warm. Staff was attentive, especially management, if they saw me waiting.

Atmosphere and environment was excellent! It was quiet, peaceful and didnt feel like being in Singapore still. The pool was great and family friendly as well. The cherry on the cake was the staff service especially Chester who was friendly and helpful!

Located away from the city, Changi Cove is a hotel which comes equipped with a conference centre. We arrived after a long flight and were welcomed by a lovely young man. He was attentive to our requirements. Showed us how to walk down to the boardwalk, and where we could get the complimentary shuttle back to the hotel after our meal. He suggested we take umbrellas as it is the rainy season in Singapore. When we said we had to leave early next morning for a flight he attentively arranged our taxi and early morning call and said that as we would miss breakfast he would have sandwiches and a drink ready to take with us. It is the small things that make the difference so well done.
