I can only say good things about this place. First of all the family is really nice and via whatsapp always reachable. Secondly they organise whatever you need (ride, car, boatrip etc). I didnt to a boatrip so cannot tell much, but organised a car within a few minutes. Of course it is basic but still clean, hot water and the best Wifi I had so far. It is in the middle of nowhere, you either need transport or quite a bit of walking towards Santo Antonio or the beaches. I did it, Beaches are about 2-3h round trip. Santo Antonio about 2h round trip but quite steep. Dinner I eat twice and both times plenty and good and it is afordable. The son even speaks perfect english, which is super rare in STP. The cherry on top airport transfer is free

Located near the airport, you do need a car to get around, however the hotel does arrange transport. THe resort is exceptionally clean and well cared for, our room was spotless and we also had a lounge which was great. The staff are amazing, a really nice place to stay

Location, atmosphere and energy, friendly staff. Nate found me an excellent local guide for a full day tour including a hike to Pee-Pee waterfall. Residencial Mira Rio is an excellent value for money. I loved fantastic, authentic atmosphere.

Lo mejor es sin duda es tener a Joaquin Andrade siempre dispuesto a ayudarte y aconsejarte. Entorno maravilloso, con vistas a la playa, el perrete (Branquinho) las gallinas, los pollos… todo súper auténtico. Casa con todas las comodidades, cocina, nevera, tostadora, secador de pelo, aire acondicionado, tendedero… Súper recomendable.

This is a great little place. The room with private bathroom is good, the aircon is good, breakfast is very good, worth the price, Carlos is a very nice host who goes the extra mile to make your trip comfortable; organising boattrips, excursions on the island, airport transfer or even sometimes cooking a meal in the evening if he has the time. Highly recommended!

Perfect location just outside of the city, surrounded by lush jungle and a glorious view overlooking the water. A refreshing alternative to the over priced “Luxury” hotels on the island. The cottage was lovely, cozy and clean. Everything we needed to prepare meals and relax in comfort. Rita was always available by WhatsApp to address any concerns. Highly recommend.

Roça Sundy - Principe Collection cuenta con vistas al jardín, está ubicado en Santo António y tiene un restaurante, servicio de traslado gratis, bar, jardín y terraza. Hay wifi de cortesía disponible.... Me gustó todo, la comodidad de la habitación, la calidad y variedad de la comida , instalaciones en general y por encima de todo la atención del personal. Destacaría la atención de Adalberto  y del guía que nos acompañó en las excursiones.

Valdivia Homes 2 - Principe está ubicado en São João y tiene alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. Very well thought out wooden cabin just out of the main road in Príncipe. Decoration and attention to detail. The place is equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Really enjoyed the stay!
