Very good breakfast, helpful staff and cozy rooms. The room had everything you need to cook, iron, washing machine and dishwasher (though you will need to bring/buy detergent). It's a very fresh, clean, and nice place. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was a wide choice of dishes, and there was no repetition of food types. The place was free from stray cats, which is different from many places in Antalya. The swimming pool is moderate in size but very clean. The staff was kind and friendly, and they spoke English very well. I like the interior design. The hotel is not too big and thus not overpopulated. We felt quite relaxed here. The location is not bad if you are driving a rental car. It has private parking lots.

Location and Transport
Antalya Airport is situated 8 miles (13 kilometres) from the city centre. The public bus 600 runs every 30 minutes between the airport and Antalya Bus Terminal (until midnight, when it runs every 2-2.5 hours). The 800 service to the Lara district runs every two hours from around 06:00 until 22:00. A taxi costs about TRY 45 and will take 15 minutes to reach the centre.

There is a small selection of hotels around the terminal, including one just 800 metres away, but the majority are located in the town centre and by the coast, with shuttle services available. You’ll find free WiFi, shopping and baggage storage inside the airport terminals.

I am never a beach or sunshine person so Antalya didn't attract me at all, however, it was pretty easy to get to Pammukale (day tour from Antalya)
I don't think I'll return to Antalya again as I say I am not a beach person. And there are lots of places with better coastline ie Greek islands that are much better than Antalya!

Antalya is a very interesting city to visit, full of history, culture, and fabulous landscapes.
The excursions to historical sites and beaches are outstanding.
It is a tourist friendly city. It offers plenty to see and enjoy with easy walking accessibility. The public transportation works efficiently.
My favorite place was the Unesco World Heritage Pamukkale Termal Sulari.
Solo travelers can find many activities like boat excursions, visits to museums, opera, parks, beaches, etc.

We were in Antalya in the beginning of December.
We were in Antalya in the beginning of December. Which means a number of museums were closed. The Theme Park at Land of Legends was closed as well (even though their website said otherwise).
If you go for a small week, you can spend one or two days visiting ancient sites and another day visiting the old town of Antalya. Besides that, there is not much to do in December other than hiking. If you plan to travel for like 10 days or so, consider a 4 day tour to Cappadocia.
