The air conditioning in my room unfortunately didn't work well, so when I called the front desk at 1am, they sent a technician, and they brought up a fan right away. Great service, large spacious showers, and also a great fitness centre with dumbbells up to 30kg.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, treating you not like a customer, but like a guest in their own home. Their warmth and attentiveness added a special touch to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and heartfelt stay in Tarsus.
