The staff was really helpful and accommodative. We requested crib and they made it ready before we arrived. The room was super clean and comfortable. Overall, pleasant stay.

All though it was not in my plan to book this room but i had too because i missed my flight and needed to wait for 30hrs so i saw this place and just said ok whatever, but it really blowed my mind how good it was and what makes it even better was the staff.. very helpful and respectful each and every one of them.. staying there made me happy for missing my flight.. and im sure when i visit istanbul im going to pay them a visit at least for one night just to appreciate the heart warming place.
