I had a bad day before coming into the hotel and the staff truly turned my whole day around. Imran took time off his day to chat, calmed me down and helped me around the property. The managers were more than hospitable, they were very inviting and kind. Merve was very helpful with the many requests I had. I highly recommend coming here, the property is beautiful and green, but the staff is what truly makes the stay even better.

Arrived late evening, just for overlay time between two flights. It's easy to arrive from the airport to the hotel on bus H-6, then walk around 1 km, if you are travelling without luggage or with Bitaksi (10-15 EUR). Reception worked, check-in was quick, guys on reception were polite. Room was as on photos, jacuzzi worked properly. We were satisfied!
