Located in the transit Duty Free area at the Istanbul Airport main terminal departures floor, YOTELAIR Istanbul Airport, Duty free - International Transit area accommodates guests with international... Stay was nice. One guy at reception when I check-in was not welcoming and his attitude seems like we are staying for free of charges. The other guy in the morning when I check-out really nice. Good option for travellers who got transit time. Bathroom and toilet facility is very clean, and it doesn't feel like sharing. Overall good experience. May consider bit lower price for cabin.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — helped with our luggage, explained everything, and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a separate kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It smelled fresh every day because they changed the laundry daily. Free water, tea, coffee, and even a stove in the room! Great location — only 10-15 minutes from the airport by shuttle or bus. There’s also a shop nearby with very good prices. We truly loved our stay. Thank you so much!

I booked the apartment 2 hours before landing in Istanbul (due to a cancelled flight) and Eyüp Altay was responding in a few minutes. He picked up us at the airport and he was extremely careful, polite and punctual.
