Honestly speaking, I would recommend here to everyone that I know. From the cleanliness to the amenities, straight to the simple conveniences of food and leisure areas within the vicinity, this hotel has been a godsend. Even after all this, the one thing I definitely have to say is the customer service was unlike those of even a 4 star hotel and to me that is tantamount in overnighting at an establishment. I urge anyone to visit and speak to Mr. Kevin. Thank you for a beautiful stay for my wife and I. 😄🤗

I liked the peacefulness and cleanliness. The pool was great, room has well décor. We purchased food before we reached but they didnt even have drinks available or ice or even bottled water. I would avoid booking a room without a fridge.

Okay-ish hotel. Very bad for safety reasons. A driver who dropped me to the airport extracted my number from private booking records and sent inappropriate messages. Piarco is close to the airport,two nice malls and several restaurants. No real sights to see unless you drive a bit but that can be arranged. Sightseeing wasn't part of our plans. I am very familiar with the area and had a car.i felt safe parking at the hotel .

The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and willing to help with all your needs,the rooms are large and nice views of the waterfront and POS.The breakfast shed for food and drinks are very close,and you are situated in the heart of POS,where public transportation in right in front of the hotel..The door men will always greet you going and coming and willing to help with your luggage..

Kapok has a great location in POS, the staff are pleasant, and the breakfast buffet while simple was tasty and satisfying. Also loved that the suite had a microwave and a balcony.
