The building is older though. There is comfort in knowing that it is a physical structure as opposed to a tented lodge. Food was good.

Amazing location, very beautiful view on the Serengeti plains. Animals come into the lodge’s garden at night from the wild. The buffet was great and the staff very lovely.

The service was perfect , the employees were very hard working and made us feel at home as soon as we showed up , this hotel is flawless. The tent is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and setting on a hill facing 2 vallies with stunning views. The food is so delicious and tasty and cooked by professional and friendly chiefs. Finally,  the staff were really amazing and helpful, especially the manager Ommie , the butler Elly and our driver and guiding tour Denis. We really had an unforgettable experience which well last long.

Pumizka was of the greatest experiences we had on our life. Staying right on the heart of Serengeti, connecting to the wild was a very unique experience. Even though the room was a tent, was a very good tent. Everything was thought for our confort. Food was perfect and the staff the best. Safari games were ver good too, we had a wonderful time.

Staff was overly attentive and the tent was decked out for our comfort, safety, and accessibility. At check in, staff quickly switched our tent to one closer to the lodge due to my mother's disability. Meals were delicious and served professionally. Location was incredible! You could hear the lions walking and breathing! There was always a well trained guide to escort you safely to the lodge at night. They also treated our guide to good accommodations and meals. They provided a lovely lunch box and we slept well in the comfy beds.
