The staff was very kind. The location despite is 15 min away of Napa downtown, it was great and quiet, with a good roads to go for wineries. The rooms were clean, big enough and comfortable. The breakfast had good options.

In general, the service is poor and they are not friendly with children.

Located in Napa, California, 4 km from Napa Valley Wine Train, Best Western Plus Inn at the Vines offers on-site dining. A year-round outdoor pool and hot tub are available. The room was great. Spacious, newly renovated and very comfortable. It is a 30 min walk to Napa downtown, but there is a shopping centre with everything you need right across the road. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely. I would highly recommend staying here as it’s great value for money in the area.
