SpringHill Suites Napa Valley, located 9.6 km from the Napa Valley Wine Train, offers spacious studios with free WiFi. The hotel has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff was very kind. The location despite is 15 min away of Napa downtown, it was great and quiet, with a good roads to go for wineries. The rooms were clean, big enough and comfortable. The breakfast had good options.

The location was great. Very near Oxbow Matket and downtown Napa. I wasn’t there long but I wanted to check out their spa and I heard there was a bowling alley. The grounds were lovely and I had a nice view of the vineyards from my room.

I loved talking to Jo, she was VERY helpful and her customer service is on point. Thank you so much for being accommodating and professional. Also the lady that was helping out on the breakfast bar. She said she worked on the desk but was covering for the regular person. She was VERY attentive and efficient. Definitely a great experience for our stay. Thank you so much.

Perched atop Napa Valley, the Carneros Resort and Spa boasts 2 outdoor pools, 3 full-service gourmet restaurants and an award-winning spa. I liked the structure of the common areas, except for the children's pool, which is dirty, has a view of the wall, and has a sad, abandoned atmosphere. In general, the service is poor and they are not friendly with children.
