Offering a free airport transfer service, this Herndon hotel is within 5 miles of the Washington Dulles International Airport. The staff was overall 5star. They provided a wheelchair for our use. The shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous. The restaurant staff was courteous. The hotel was spotless and quite beautiful, really. It was an oasis in the middle of a late night crisis at DULLES.
