This completely smoke-free hotel offers accomadations minutes away from JFK Airport in Jamaica, Queens. Prospect Park in Brooklyn is 16 km away and Manhattan is 19 minutes' drive from the hotel. Room was comfortable, shower had good water pressure, bed was good too. Shuttle bus was on time. Complimentary bottles of water handed out at check in. Breakfast was tasty.

The staff was so attentive. I liked the diversity of the staff. I came for my brother's funeral and also had a birthday while there. The staff showed empathy and even sent a treat to our room. I used fitness center every morning and was able to do my laundry before leaving. There is food available in lobby. Location and shuttle service to and from JFK was extremely helpful.
