The rooms spacious staff helpful especially the valet everybody was on top of their game. Enjoyable experience will stay again. I however was given the wrong checkout receipt name that was on the receipt was Rhembert Walker and my name is Ruby Walker their seems to be some sort of mix up room number is correct and debit card info just wrong meme on the receipt I need to have this corrected for insurance purposes.

Everything was absolutely great!! Staff is fabulous and so welcoming. After a month abroad I couldn’t be happier to check in at the Marriot JFK. The check in guy at front desk was fast, and the bellman (African-American guy) was so accommodating and kind and took all our luggage to our room. Breakfast was yummy!! Shuttle was good and easy, every 30’. Thank you 😊

Just 5 km from JFK Airport, our newly renovated hotel offers modern comfort and convenience in the heart of Queens. Room was clean and silent. We had room 509. They allowd us to check in earlier and kept our luggage while we went into town. We were at the hotel next door ‘Comfort Inn’ and that was a bad qualify hotel so we walked down to the other street and requested a room here. Hilton helped us instantly!
