The service was excellent. A special shout out to Charmina. Quick & easy transfer to/from airport. It's also easy enough to catch the bus & then E train into Times Square to check out some of the city. I'd get an Uber/taxi back though, especially after sunset. Great location.

The environment was pleasant, the room fantastic, workers were amazingly helpful and delightful, including the cleaners on the floor I was on. The breakfast was also very good. The entire experience with this hotel was amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling.
