So easy.. took lift to 2nd floor reception. Greeted by smiling , welcoming staff. Easy check-in. Lift to 5th floor & my room. Brilliant after a long flight.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to Miami International Airport. Free shuttle service is a sweet bonus. We had breakfast included, i loved the variety, the staff was very pleasant. Little note - arrive at breakfast early to avoid a line at the entrance. The checkout process was smooth and very fast.

I loved that the hotel was within easy walking distance of Miami International Airport. Just take the free shuttle train to the rental car center and walk on flat sidewalks about 15 min and you're there. I enjoyed my dinner in the restaurant too.

Lovely clean modern hotel, just what we needed for our first night after flying in to MIA. Great spot, right next to dolphin mall too so great shopping and food options. Lovely large clean rooms, excellent comfy beds and great friendly staff.

The hotel is a short distance from the MIA airport, and you could catch the shuttle in any place from exit 5 through 22. The room was really spacey and very clear, Bed was OK, not big deal about it.
