We were met by Alice who was so sweet and took her time and showed us all the rooms on the first floor and then took us to our room and all its nuances. I had my special needs Best Buddy with me and she did the same with her individually. Very impressive. Our rooms were excellent and the house beautifully maintained. We did not need meals but the breakfast looked amazing and the smell was welcoming in the morning.

The property was amazing value. It was the best value on our 16 night trip from Ireland. Tom and Judy are exceptional hosts. The house was beautiful with a front porch and leads down to the river at the back.It was so welcoming and relaxed in every way. The breakfast was outstanding consisting of a combination of sweet and savoury courses. It was lovely to meet other guests at breakfast. We loved the comfortable and tastefully appointed room with everything at hand. Tom and Judy gave us such a welcome and even helped us with the itinerary for the rest of our trip. I would rate this property as a 10 for comfort, cleanliness and facilities. Thank you so much to Tom and Judy.
