Close to O’Hare. There is a shuttle, but I took a walk to the MMF. Also surprisingly good breakfast with hot options.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport by IHG is located in Des Plaines, 12 miles from Loyola University Chicago and 14 miles from Wrigley Field. We had our flight cancelled to return home at midnight and had to book our own accommodation as the airline could not help. We arrived at the hotel worrying about what to do and worrying about funds for the rest of the time whilst stuck in Chicago. Veronica on the desk took all of that worry away, ensuring we felt welcomed, calm and looked after. She was amazing from the minute we checked in. We were forced to book a second night due to our flight allocation and she ensured we would not have to move rooms and made what should have been stressful, stress free. We could not thank her enough.
