Everything perfect for a night of transit at O'Hare airport! The ride with the airport shuttle was super quick, literally 5 minutes! The check-in fast, the room very big, clean and cozy. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, friendly driver that picked me up only few min after I called the hotel to inform them I had picked up my bags. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Staff definitely care about the safety of their guests and for that they get an extra star.

Less than 0.6 mi away from O'Hare International Airport and providing airport transfers. M. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were amazing. We will definitely be staying there again in the future

Everything was excellent, starting from the gentleman driver who is operating the shuttle bus to the lovely welcoming receptionist staff. Rooms were very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The in-house restaurant was a bonus to me.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 1.5 miles from this hotel, which features an indoor pool with a separate children's pool and free WiFi. Guests can work out in the 24-hour fitness center. We were upgraded to a beautiful two bedroom suite by a lovely lady at Reception. We were going to Indiana the following day for my son's graduation and it was a great start to our vacation. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport by IHG is located in Des Plaines, 12 miles from Loyola University Chicago and 14 miles from Wrigley Field. We had our flight cancelled to return home at midnight and had to book our own accommodation as the airline could not help. We arrived at the hotel worrying about what to do and worrying about funds for the rest of the time whilst stuck in Chicago. Veronica on the desk took all of that worry away, ensuring we felt welcomed, calm and looked after. She was amazing from the minute we checked in. We were forced to book a second night due to our flight allocation and she ensured we would not have to move rooms and made what should have been stressful, stress free. We could not thank her enough.

Very good location (shops and restaurants in walking distance, we even walked to the car rental at the airport). Clean, quiet rooms. Free shuttle to the airport. Have been here several times and always been very satisfied.
