The Comfort Inn & Suites hotel is located close to Lake Champlain, New York's Adirondack Coast and the Lake Champlain ferries, offering ferry crossing between Vermont and New York. We enjoyed the many on site activities for our granddaughter such as the water park and arcade. We were celebrating her 10th birthday and she had a very enjoyable time.

This is a unique place to get away from it all, spectacular views, very private. Tasteful decor, very clean. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable, we slept like babies. The hosts are very warm and helpful and always available to recommend places to eat or sight see- lots of personal little touches to welcome us, above and beyond the usual rental/stay !

The view was incredibly beautiful and the place was absolutely spotless! We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the wonderful shower as well. Finally, the hot tub was perfect to relax at the end of a long day.

It was one of our best stays through our trip. I highly recommend staying there. The views, the atmosphere, the hosts, the sound of the water. Such a beautiful apartment. Nothing not to like in this amazing place. Just perfect!

Plattsburgh International Airport is 8.5 km from this hotel in New York. Guest rooms with free WiFi and cable TV. Everything from the moment I arrived was amazing. The staff was more than helpful, I dealt with four different people during my stay and each one of them were professional, polite, friendly, etc… that is not some thing I’ve experienced in any hotel. I arrived before check-in and asked if there was a bathroom type place where I could freshen up change my clothes, etc. before meeting my family and friends for lunch. It had been a 5 1/2 hour drive. Thankfully, she was able to check me in two hours early. I wouldn’t have ever thought I would get in my room early. Then I had left a note at the front desk that night asking if there was any type of a late check out that I could get and I was willing to pay. The front desk called my room to tell me that I could absolutely have a late check out for free. I travel quite a bit all over the place and never have I been so pleased with every single aspect of my stay. From the parking, the staff, the clean super comfortable room, just everything. I look forward to staying there again.

This New York hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport and the rail or bus station. There is an on-site restaurant and indoor heated pool. We had the office room with the terrasse by the pool. Highly recommand for family.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. The service check-in is done in a professional manner, all the facility information is given, all done in a timely manner. The room was spotless clean! The beds were extremely comfortable, was able to have a great nite sleep! The fitness room was equipped and very clean. The pool was clean and the area was inviting to relax!
