Even the shuttle driver was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, rooms nice and clean.

It's out go-to hotel when we visit Portland. Breakfast was decent, and fresh. Eating areas were clean and accommodating to large or small parties. Gym and pool were also great.

Great location to the airport. The check in and check out staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were great also. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hot breakfast was a great morning meal.

Seemed unsafe, unclean, door had a large space between the wall and door frame. Was hard to shut the door quickly if needed. Stains all over the window curtains, the toilet paper roll was already used not replaced. A towel was ripped. The kitchenette didn’t even have cabinets or kitchenware like stated. No couch. Stains on the floor. Stairway to garage looked like black mold and smelled terribly. Would not recommend to stay here. Didn’t even spend the night.

I liked that the elevator was close to the check in desk. I have mobility limitations and I appreciated that. The breakfast buffet was lacking compared to other BW hotels. The coffee station was completely c separate from the buffet area and with mobility limitations it was a real inconvenience for me.

Large upscale hotel on Airport Way 2 MI from PDX so easy car return. It was a 2 bed suite with a separate seating area with large chairs, bar counter, microwave, half fridge, all very clean. Really lovely. Upon entry, there is a large dressing table area with a sit-down makeup spot with a sink and then against a large bathroom with a grab bar for safety.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and very well appointed. We had an early morning flight so the location was perfect. I had an issue with billing and contacted the property. The manager was quick to respond and immediately corrected the problem. Will definitely be my go to hotel when flying into PDX.

Location convenient to PDX. Spare, but clean, bright room. Good bed & shower. Friendly, helpful staff and shuttle drivers. Breakfast options were basic, but better than I expected for this type of hotel. Free coffee in the lobby 24/7.

Great hostel! Staff really nice and the place was really neat. I didn’t go to the rooftop bar but it looked really nice. Great coffee shop Roseline across the street. I’ll definitely be back as I travel to PDX often.
