He was friendly, kind and willing to help us with everything. The room and the bathroom were very clean and nicely organized. Even the bath towels smelled good. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was perfect for me to sleep well. The options for breakfast were a lot and we could literally have whatever we wanted for breakfast. I loved the dishware, too.
