The hotel exceeded my expectations. I only had problems with the wifi, but Ahiman, one of the hotel staff, helped me a lot with this. I had booked a king room, but when I wanted to change my room due to wifi, they transferred me to a higher level room without charging a fee. The hotel is generally very clean and the rooms are spacious. It is close to public transportation and also has a parking lot for those with a vehicle. It was a good experience overall. I would like to thank Ahiman very much. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Since we were visiting relatives in the Northern Suburbs the location was excellent. It is also a nice, quick drive from O'Hare. The #1 reason that I liked the hotel was from the moment I stepped inside the doors my prior encounters that I had had with everyone at the airport and car rental after a 10 hour flight (which was horrible) was instantly forgotten as we received the most wonderful, genuine, caring and friendly greeting from the front desk attendant MELISSA JOHNSON. We had been traveling from Europe and had left very early. Since it was a day flight we had not slept on the plane either. Her kindness made me cry and I was so happy after she checked us in. I do hope that the hotel sees this and will recognize her. The room was very large (we are use to European rooms), the bathroom was large and clean with excellent water pressure and the vanity area was well lite. Since we traveled from Europe we were wide awake at 4am so it was so nice that the gym is 24 hours and we were able to get a nice work out before the sun came out. The gym also has excellent tasting water. There is a pool but we missed the hours it was open. There is plenty of free parking. If I come back to the area I will look at staying here again.

The front desk person at check in was welcoming and professional (I saw him just once). The facilities are excellent and at a very convenient location. It was easy to get from and to O’Hare Airport. Breakfast was included and it was good. The kitchen staff kept the area clean and everything, such as plates and cups were always available. I saw some hard working women in that area 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙂.
