Very comfortable room, close to the airport. We were shuttled to and from the airport, and when the shuttle couldn't pick us up at the right time, the front desk arranged a Lyft ride for us. The tissues were useful for me. * 部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、チェックアウト後にBooking.comのチャットで連絡を取ったところ、\3,000-4000くらいの送料で日本まで発送して下さって、大変ありがたかったです。 Staffs shipped my article which I had left in the room (shipping fee was about ¥3,000-4,000 and it was reasonable for me). Their answer to my enquiry in Booking.com chat system was courteous. How grateful staffs' kindness was!!
